Steve has combined his two passions in life – tennis and travel. He has been planning tennis trips since 1976 and has taken tens of thousands of people over the years to realize their tennis dreams. Steve has always been very active in the tennis world including being a certified teaching professional, a director of tennis at a country club, owning and operating a tennis shop with a top junior tennis program and of course over 37 years of operating his international tennis tour company. Steve considers having the best job in the world and is grateful for all of the long lasting friendships he has made with his clients over the years.
Anne has worked with Steve Furgal’s International Tennis Tours, Inc. for 25 years. Anne’s primary responsibilities involve client communication, advertising and sales promotion. In addition, she manages accommodation and transportation selection and negotiation; event planning and logistics; staffing and organizational support; food and beverage arrangements; VIP services, and client communication. Anne often escorts the tours and is the host to clients and dignitaries alike.
Pat is in charge of processing all reservations and accounts receivable. This includes accounting for ticket and hotel inventory, mailing out confirmations, final documents, collecting final payments, visa/passport assistance, client maintenance and follow-up and other travel related duties assigned such as airline and hotel reservations. Pat attends tennis events and supervises the company’s booth, answering questions and signing up clients. Pat has experience working in newspaper and magazine advertising, design and production and has been with Steve Furgal’s International Tennis Tours, Inc. for over 15 years.
Sylvia is in charge of daily operations in the office that include sales, customer service, public relations matters, telephone and written correspondence, client database management, and special projects as assigned. Sylvia’s primary role is to customize and/ or modify travel packages to the client’s individual plans and needs. Sylvia has worked with Steve Furgal’s International Tennis Tours, Inc. for ten years.
